Testfahrt-VereinbarungTest Drive Agreement

  1. Das Fahrzeug darf nur im Inland und nur zum Zweck einer Probefahrt genutzt werden.
  2. Der / Die Probefahrer/-in ist im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheines mit der richtigen Fahrerlaubnisklasse für das Probefahrzeug.
  3. Der / Die Probefahrer/-in versichert, nicht unter dem Einfluss von Alkohol oder Drogen zu stehen.
  4. Der / Die Probefahrer/-in haftet für alle Schäden, die er während der Probefahrt verschuldet.
  5. Bei Schäden, die von der Kfz-Versicherung übernommen werden, übernimmt der/die Probefahrer/-in den Selbstbehalt sowie die Kosten, die durch die Rückstufung entstehen. Der Selbstbehalt beträgt pro Schadensfall CHF 500.00
  6. Der / Die Probefahrer/-in übernimmt für alle Verkehrsverstösse während der Probefahrt die volle Verantwortung.
  1. The vehicle may only be used within the country and only for the purpose of a test drive.
  2. The test driver is in possession of a valid driving licence with the correct driving licence class for the test vehicle.
  3. The test driver assures that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  4. The test driver is liable for all damage caused by him/her during the test drive.
  5. In the event of damage covered by the motor vehicle insurance, the test driver shall pay the deductible and the costs arising from the downgrading. The deductible amounts to CHF 500.00 per case of damage".
  6. The test driver assumes full responsibility for all traffic violations during the test drive.
